3. Course Enrollment & Payment Processing
Important Payment Notice: Sybersecurity does not process payments directly. All payments are handled by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
When you click "Enroll" or "Purchase", you will be redirected to the payment provider's secure checkout page. Sybersecurity is not responsible for:
- Payment processing, security, or failures
- Credit card information storage or handling
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Technical issues with third-party payment systems
- Tax calculations or compliance
All payment-related issues must be resolved directly with the payment provider. Course fees are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy.
4. Course Access & Use
By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified fees through the third-party payment provider. Access to courses is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your account or course access with others.
All course content is provided by Sybersecurity and is subject to change or update at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Sybersecurity and are protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our express written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Post harmful, threatening, or abusive content
- Spread viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sybersecurity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Payment processing issues with third-party providers
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Technical issues with third-party payment systems
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sybersecurity is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
